Replacing Location Plans

A newly released feature in Identia Online now allows you to replace a location plan while retaining the position of any previously placed sign markers. So, if you receive a modified plan from your client or architect, you can easily replace and update the plan without having to redo a lot of work.

Server and Performance Upgrades

We have recently upgraded the Identia Online server to a faster and more powerful dedicated machine. Additionally, we have made some optimizations within the application itself to improve speed when moving within Identia Online. These changes are part of our continued efforts to bring you the best online experience.

Sign World USA 2008

Identia will be at the Sign World USA 2008 convention in Atlantic City, NJ, Dec. 4-6. You can visit us at booth 416.

Future Application Development

Over the next several months, we plan on releasing the following features and enhancements:

• Improvements to the sign type creation process.

• Improvements to Work Order functionality, including the ability to reissue Work Orders and send supplemental Work Orders.

• Ability to upload a static image of a sign type.

• Ability to leave private comments — comments that are only visible within your organization.

• Improved comment display, including an indication of recent comments on a project.
